Had a wonderful birthday dinner at Longleaf Craft Kitchen...an incredible "farm to table" style of restaurant. The outdoor courtyard is a comfortable place to dine and the check out the sculptures. The food here is creative and delicious. The Spanish Fish Soup was something I've never experienced or tasted, but I could have done a full bowl for dinner...

If you're in Wimberly, this is the place to be. It's even worth a trip from surrounding areas. Food is delicious (fried olives are heaven and the potato and goat cheese tart will knock your socks off), staff are incredibly attentive and the indoor and outdoor seating options are equally gorgeous. And the drinks! The El Afantastico is one of the most delicious cocktails I've ever had. I would eat there daily.

Snapper was delicious and the pork was good. But their cocktails.... Bartenders were knowledgeable, talkative, and funny. We were laughing the whole time. Man, they knew how to make a killer Old Fashion (and I'm not a huge fan of Bourbon). I tried 3 (each of us ordered a different type of bourbon) and all 3 were consistent and excellent. I will definitely come back even if it were just for the cocktails!

We had the southern breeze cocktail and a twisted x draft beer. Both wonderful. To eat we shared the grilled cheese, Brussels sprouts side dish, potatoes lyonnaise side dish, fried olives and deviled eggs. All were delicious and interesting and unique. Service was lovely and friendly and fast. I look forward to coming here more often.

Honestly the most incredible meal I've had in months! The servers were lovely and helpful, the owner even came over to make sure we were having a nice night. And then the halibut was probably the juiciest most delicious fish I've ever had. The virgin spritzers are delicious, and my friend enjoyed the wine immensely. We will definitely be back... My favorite place in Wimberley!
